Decent global growth expected in 2019 – SEB
Analysts at Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken, are expecting global economy to continue to grow at 3.6% in 2019 and believe that global growth should support financial markets in 2019.
“Although the global business cycle has reached a mature phase there are few signs of it ending soon.”
“Fiscal policy support next year will continue to boost the US economy that we estimate will grow by 2.6% in 2019. Currently the biggest risk to the US growth outlook is probably on the supply side, as resources are being used up and scarcity may start to slow expansion. So far, however, there have been few actual signs of this.”
“We expect growth in 2019 to slow in the Euro zone to 1.9% and in China to 6.3%.”
