ECB's Draghi: Governing Council ready to use additional QE instruments
FXStreet (Łódź) - Speaking at the Euro Conference in Vilnius, Lithuania ECB president Mario Draghi suggests that we should see modest growth in the Eurozone in Q2 2014.
