The Bank of Canada is in charge of CAD and the Swiss National Bank is in charge of CHF. Make sure to keep up with the decisions these banks publish when trading CADCHF. CHF is a considerably less yielding currency than CAD, which allows for implementing carry trading strategies. Also, check with the market environment in the EU. If nothing much is happening, CADCHF shows a close negative correlation with EURCAD.
